Credence

In this book we are following Tiernan who just lost her parents and has to figure out her life and what it looks like without her famous parents. She gets a call from her uncle Jake to inform her that he is her new guardian; he invites her to his cabin with him and his two boys Noah and Kaleb. She accepts because she wants to escape into the wilderness and away from all the watching paparazzi, to try and heal from all her past trauma only to find out that they as well have to heal from their own traumas.

This book is set in the wilderness of Colorado. Tiernan has to learn how to work as a team to keep a property going when you are in the middle of nowhere. She also has to learn how to live with 3 grown men who are used to getting what they want from women. The guys have to learn how to live with a woman in the house and how that affects their life together. All while watching their backs from the locals.

All in all, this book is a good read, but I picked up this book thinking it was a Why Choose? book. And while it does have Why Choose elements, it is not what I wanted in a Why Choose? Book. I was disappointed. I did enjoy the story and character development and there was spice but not too much for some. The spice when it happened was very spicy. The book has good pacing and I did enjoy it. Would I read this again? No, but I would recommend, after I make sure you know it is light on the Why Choose? kink.
