This is the first book in the Devils Night series. This book is about Michael and Erika’s story and how all these years they have wanted each other but never could for different reasons. Now that the revenge plan is set in motion. Michael likes playing games and especially likes playing games with Erika but when the chips are down and things are going to plan; Michael wants to dump the revenge and protect Erika. I really liked this book I think the characters; the atmosphere of the book all came together to really pull me into the story I can’t wait to read the second book in this series. I also hope to see more of Michael and Erika in Hideaway. This book had it all: spice, angst, so much angst ! Please check the trigger warnings as this book is pretty dark.
