The Basic Book Bitches

Hey,

My name is Stephanie. I am a mom to 4 kids, a wife and an animal lover. I have a small hobby farm and I have an addiction to coffee and books. 

I started reading books when I was a pre-teen with Lurlene McDaniel. I thoroughly enjoyed them because they were a platform that showed that even through struggle and illness, there was happiness to be found. Then I moved to one of my favorite authors still to this day: Sherrilyn Kenyon. This is definitely where I fell in love with fantasy and bad-ass dudes. I have since evolved my reading repertoire: romance, small town, motorcycle, mafia, sports, dark, fantasy…just to name a few.  I also read thrillers and dabble in horror. Mainly, if it is romance I read it, but I do dabble in a few other genres. 

I jumped at the idea of this book club/blog with my cousins to help expand my reading journey, and to talk about books with other people. So come along with us and enjoy!
